Healing Circles
Full Moon Circles
Full Moon Circles now have their own dedicated page with upcoming dates and booking. Community Healing Circles are currently offered exclusively for organizations and teams, see the For Organizations page, our donation-based public circles at local libraries are coming soon.
What should I bring?
Please bring a journal and something to write with. You're also welcome to bring a friend, a blanket, or any personal items that help you feel grounded and comfortable.
Can children attend?
Yes, youth ages 10 to 17 are welcome when accompanied by an adult. Please use discretion to ensure they can engage in a reflective, group setting.
What if I don't feel comfortable sharing?
That's completely okay. Sharing is always optional. You are invited to participate in whatever way feels safe and supportive for you.
Do I need any prior experience with meditation or healing circles?
Not at all. This space is beginner-friendly and accessible to all. You'll be gently guided every step of the way.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive on time, or a few minutes early, to settle in. We begin promptly to honor the space and everyone present.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully. You may be seated or lying down during parts of the experience. Bring layers, as it might get chilly at night.
What can I expect during the circle?
This experience includes guided reflection, journaling, optional sharing, and a restorative sound bath to support release and integration.
Is this a religious experience?
No. This is a spiritual and reflective space that welcomes people of all backgrounds, beliefs, and identities.
What if I'm feeling overwhelmed or emotional?
That is welcome here. This space is designed to support you in whatever arises. You are always free to step out, take a break, or move at your own pace.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to a future circle if you're unable to attend.
Do I need to have it all together before I come?
Not at all. This is the place you come when you don't.
What if I can't afford the ticket right now?
Yes. We offer sliding scale and Pay-It-Forward tickets to support accessibility, healing should be accessible, not a luxury. If a price point better supports you in being present, we welcome you fully. Reach out and we'll work with you.
Yoga
Yoga Classes & Sessions
What level of yoga experience do I need?
None. Every class, from Poolside Yoga to Private Sessions, is taught with modifications for all levels. If you've never rolled out a mat before, you belong here just as much as someone who has practiced for years.
What's the difference between a Private and Semi-Private session?
A Private Yoga Session is one-on-one, fully personalized to your body, goals, and pace. A Semi-Private Session is the same personal attention shared between you and a friend, so you can bring someone along and split the space.
What should I bring to a yoga class?
Just yourself and comfortable clothing. Mats and props are provided unless otherwise noted for a specific class.
I have an injury or physical limitation. Can I still practice?
Yes. Let Jessica know before class so poses can be modified to fit your body safely.

Xhale Retreat
Gili Air, Indonesia Retreat
Where does the retreat actually take place?

Is registration open now?
Not yet. Join the waitlist and you'll be the first to know the moment spots are released.
What's included?
Full itinerary, pricing, and what's included will be shared with waitlist members once registration opens.
Do I need retreat or yoga experience to come?
No. As with all Jess Breathe and Flow offerings, this retreat is beginner-friendly and open to wherever you are in your practice.
