For Organizations

Build a team that trusts each other enough to sustain the work.

Many leaders care deeply about their people and still watch them burn out. We design trauma-informed workshops, healing circles, and leadership programs that build real trust, in the body and in relationship.

You already know your people are carrying more than they show.

And you don't know how to reach them without it feeling performative.

  • Good people keep quietly burning out, and the ones you most want to keep are the first to leave.
  • The tension no one names keeps shaping every meeting, every decision, and every handoff.
  • Your next wellness budget goes to another training people politely sit through and forget by Friday.

People shouldn't have to leave parts of themselves at the door to do good work.

What we explore together

Every engagement is built from what your team needs.

Trauma-Informed Learning

Understand how stress and trauma show up at work, and how to respond with repair instead of reaction.

Belonging & Connection

Build trust that isn't performative, through guided practice, story, and shared presence.

Self As Instrument

Leadership grounded in the body. Five practices: Awareness, Alignment, Regulation, Resonance, and Responsibility.

Healing Circles for Teams

A held space for your people to set down what they've been carrying, together.

Sound & Stillness

Guided sound healing and meditation for deep, collective rest.

Movement

On-site or virtual yoga and breathwork for every body and every experience level.

Your guide

We know what it's like to care deeply and still watch people burn out.

We've sat in the trainings that changed nothing. Jess Breathe & Flow was built to do the part those trainings skip: helping people feel safe enough to show up honestly, together.

Jessica Metayer holds an MS in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Her graduate research with Black executive leaders explored the hidden labor of sustaining yourself under pressure inside organizations. She brings 5 years of facilitating healing circles, 500-hour advanced yoga training, and practice in breathwork, sound healing, and Reiki.

Her organization development work reaches across cultures: lead facilitator of an Appreciative Inquiry large-group workshop for Workday in Costa Rica, co-designer of a three-day culture change engagement for BCon's human capital team in Japan, and lead facilitator for the City of Lyon Ecological Transition Team in France.

How it works

Three steps to something your team will actually use.

01

Request a consultation

A 30-minute call about your people, your goals, and what's already been tried.

02

We design it together

A tailored proposal with topic, format, and price, built around your team, not a template.

03

Your team experiences it, and we follow up

Jessica leads every session personally, then shares integration resources and a short debrief on what surfaced and what comes next.

What you can count on

How we hold this space, for organizations

  • Built around your goals, not a template
  • What your team shares stays confidential
  • Jessica leads personally, every time
  • Trauma-informed, with participation always by choice
  • Designed for lasting change, not a one-time event

What changes

Trust you can feel in the room.

Your team has

Shared language for stress, conflict, and repair. Simple regulation practices people actually use.

It feels like

Meetings where people say the real thing. Less bracing, more breathing. Leaders who can hold hard moments.

A Tuesday looks like

Someone names the tension, and it gets handled instead of avoided. People stay.

From a group of people holding it together separately, to a team that trusts each other enough to sustain the work together.

The need

Boston's older adults reflect the city's diversity, but the wellness spaces available to them often don't. Age Strong wanted practitioners who look like the people they serve, so culturally relevant wellness could reach residents who have long been excluded from it.

What we delivered

Chair yoga, breathwork, mobility, strength building, and meditation, in 4-week series of 1-hour sessions. Every class offers options for each movement, invites breaks, and asks people to say when something doesn't feel right, so participants build awareness of their own bodies as they move.

What happened

Since January 2026, Jessica has led 27 completed sessions at the Veronica B. Smith Senior Center, drawing 25 to 32 participants per class, roughly 675 to 864 participant visits in all. Many return week after week, and attendance rises when participants learn she's teaching. In fall 2026, the work expanded to three new series in Copley, Holland, and Jamaica Plain.

"I have had trouble sleeping for a very long time. Since taking your classes, I am able to relax and sleep at night."

School Wellness Club Pilot

A 10-week pilot at a Boston Public Schools elementary school, spring 2026

The need

Students need spaces within the school day where they can slow down, express themselves, build healthy relationships, and practice ways to respond to difficult emotions. The pilot was designed as a club, not a clinical intervention, so it felt low pressure and centered on curiosity and community.

What we delivered

A 10-session wellness club blending yoga, mindfulness, emotional check-ins, reflection, play, and creative choice like clay, drawing, and origami. Lessons drew on age-appropriate themes such as kindness, contentment, and self-awareness, and the club adapted to what students showed they needed.

What happened

Students grew closer and the club became a place they wanted to return to. Students outside the group heard about it and asked to join. On the closing survey, 3 of 3 respondents said they were happy to be in the group, learned a new activity, and believed their friends would like it.

"Keep on going."
